We will ship your orders within 3 working days upon orders confirmation.

EM : 4-10 working days 

*the time could vary depending on the areas that are affected by the movement control orders or lack of manpower during unprecedented times. This is beyond Eloso's control and we will not allow a cancellation or refund for reasons pertaining to delivery delays.

Flat rate of RM10 for purchases below RM250

East Malaysia

FREE SHIPPING for purchases > RM350 

Flat rate of RM30 for purchases below RM350

When your parcel is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. Do note that estimated delivery times can vary based on where your shipping address. 

Packaging

In our effort to minimise waste, you may receive packaging materials that are upcycled and reused. Ever since the pandemic hits, we realized more packaging materials gone wasted, and this is our small little initiative to contribute to Mother Nature.

We also do provide gift wrapping services if needed. Just drop a note to indicate for gift wrapping service and its on us! 

Refund Policy

In the situation that you are not satisfied with the item(s) you received, we will be happy to off you the full refund of the item(s) within 10 days from the invoice date.

Do check with us on the situation, and we will get in touch with you. 

To eligible for returns or exchange, the following applies:

• Returned products must be in their original packaging.
• The delivery fees for returns are borne by the customer (in the exception of faulty items sent). We will arrange shipping to be collected from your location. 
• For returns shipped from outside of Malaysia, any taxes, duties, custom fees or shipping charges incurred from the return will be borne by customer.
• We will not be responsible for any returns damaged or lost via return post.
• The management has the rights to reject the refunds/ exchange if the items found to be damaged or not in their original condition.
• Not applicable for SALE items.

We encourage you to inspect the products immediately. As we are selling handmade products, there ought to be some variance in the finishing.
